I’ll pick number 3! Because I’ve always struggled with this in the past 🥹

1. I love my heart. My ability to care so deeply and create opportunities for deep connection with others.

2. I love my resilience. I have never thought about giving up. Not once. Once I’m in, I’m all in — celebrating this under the Full Moon!

3. I love my ability to make everything FUN. I take it for granted but I see the joy it brings to everyone, including myself. The ability to choose play and joy and delight, again & again, is how I want to live my life — now and forever.

Love you Kaitlyn!!!! Thank you for this prompt. Happy full moon! 🌝

I, too, will pick number three. I liked Gwen's. For me, the qualities I've deepened a connection to being fully engaged with living actively this year are

1) I love being a generous listener. My ability to offer another soul my love and attention while holding space and deeply listening to them has transformed me. I know we all need to be heard.

2) I love how expressively I write. My words can connect and affect the world at the heart level. I finally went beyond my intimate letters to others and became the writer/essayist who dares to share all of myself on the page vulnerably.

3) I love that I am love-in-action. I woke up and realized I didn't feel worthy of love and care. When I got it and chose to say I was worthy, expressing love became the energy at the core of how I move in this world.

Kaitlyn, I love a good question, and these are inspiring. Writing to this question is a rich gift to experience. How can I express myself fully if I don't own my good? Keep shining your good out into the world. With love, Ian

Thank you for sharing, Ian! And I love this question, "How can I express myself fully if I don't own my good?" What a lovely anchor to keep us on the path of sharing our hearts more openly.
